She continues to work closely with teachers serving underserved populations and students and families experiencing trauma and crisis. As a coach to teachers, Tikia brings real, world experience and practical solutions to the novice teacher (0-5 years) in need of encouragement, guidance, strategy, curriculum mapping, parental connection, and professional communication.
